What can you expect?
Workout Access is your foot in the door to start curating your own movement routine! I remember when I first started the only thing on my mind was, “Someone tell me what to do!”
So, I want to take guesswork out!
A constant stream of workouts that scratch whatever workout itch you need - want to repeat similar workouts each week? The WODs are yours to repeat as you like! Need more variety? Follow the schedule I send weekly to keep moving through new/old workouts.
You will see similar movements/muscle groups every single week - FOR GOOD REASON. Muscle growth requires repetition and strength gain, which means we need keep revisiting the same movements to continue to assess our progress.

I will include as many home/limited equipment options as possible but the monthly workout program is gym based. Please reach out to me if you need suggestions on equipment to consider when working out at home.

NEW WORKOUTS will get delivered VIA EMAIL every SATURDAY morning. All workouts will be kept in Google Drive but storage is not unlimited. Feel free to download the workout images for easy access!
